New Construction

New Construction windows feature an integral nailing fin around the frame perimeter, as well as a J-Channel pocket to receive vinyl siding. We offer several trim options including our popular New England Trim on 3 or 4 sides, with or without an added decorative Bead. For siding types other vinyl, or for retro-fit applications we can remove the J-Channel Pocker.

We offer 35 New Construction Double Hung Stock Sizes which feature profile grids in both the top and bottom sash as well as 3 sizes that either have no grid or have top sash grid only. See our Stock Sizes list for more details. Many of our stock sizes meet requirements for the Massachusetts Egress Code, and New Hampshire First Floor Egress Code. We offer one stock sized twin casement with a 6Lite 2W3H grid pattern in each sash, ideal for use over a kitchen sink.
